GEORGIA NAACP PARTNERS WITH VOTER RIGHTS GROUPS TO PRESENT VOTELANTA YOUTH VOTER CONCERT

(ATLANTA, GA) - In partnership with the Peoples Uprising, MTV, Black Voters Matter, the Atlanta NAACP, REP Georgia, ACLU, and dozens of other Voter Rights Groups, the Georgia NAACP put on a concert featuring Guccimane and Omeratta the Great targeting the youth vote. The event was at the Dome in the City and brought together over 3000 voters under the age of 25 for a free concert to mobilize voter interest in the Georgia Midterm election. Students from Clark Atlanta, Morehouse, Spelman, Georgia State, Morris Brown, Emory, and several local schools had a strong presence.
